Research was carried out to gain more clarity on the problem at hand, the user's needs and pain-points, and as well propose a solution. We gathered information through extensive user interviews and using the various close existing competitor platforms.
After careful questioning and observation, we realised busy users would love to blow off steam after work and introverts just need a bit of motivation to attending these music shows.
Also most users trust in app ticket purchase and would love to see all their favourite artiste’s shows in one place
